Established in 2002, Suzhou ACE Sheet Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has always been committed to precision sheet metal manufacturing and integrated assembling. As one of the advanced precision metal engineering solutions providers, we have been providing quality solutions for customers for years. With advanced production equipment and excellent technology, we acquired ISO9001 quality system certification in 2004 and ISO14001 environmental system certification in 2010.

Most of ACE’s customers are internationally well-known brands whose products are innovative with high requirements, precision and advanced technologies. We provide comprehensive services in the aspects of process design, tooling manufacture and assembly. We are able to study the optimal solutions with customers, provide advice and develop the right supply chain management with customers.

Through the long-term cooperation with leading customers in various industries these years, we have accumulated rich experience in manufacturing and process design and kept improving the productivity with advanced and strict management system. This had made ACE stand out from the common OEMs and attracted many world-famous brands which entrust us to the production of metal products with high precision and requirements. Our products are mainly used in five major professional industries, namely: industrial products and electrical appliances; network and data storage; robot intelligent equipment; high-speed railway transportation self-service equipment and advanced medical diagnostic equipment.

In recent years, on the basis of mature application of ERP and PN4000 systems, ACE has customized our own management system “ACE MS system”, including overall planning system, production logistics system, quality tracing and performance review systems, which allows data-based paper-less production. From data collection and analysis, our industry leading data systems have generated significant efficiency improvements in our work force, helping ACE to reduce production cost while improving production quality and ultimately benefiting our clients.
